We want to set you up to succeed so you can start your CrossFit journey with a strong foundation. Start with our CrossFit Foundations Class Saturday mornings from 9:00am - 10:00am with Coach Emily or spend some time with one of our Coaches ahead of class so they can learn about you, your goals, and any specific scaling options you may need to help learn the basics and gain confidence.
